Biography

Dr. Williams was the Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at the North Shore University Hospital.

Dr. Williams is a founding partner of he Heart Center of Eastern Carolina and is an Assistant Professor of Medicine with the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. Additionally, Dr. Williams was the Director of the Interventional Cardiology Program, at the Craven Regional Medical Center (now CarolinaEast Medical Center), in New Bern, NC, from 1994-2010, and he was the Medical Director of the Coronary Care Unit and Cardiac Rehabilitation Programs at the Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD in 1994.

In his free time, Dr. Williams enjoys cycling, motorcycles and woodworking.
