Online bill pay

CarolinaEast Medical Center online ePayments service enables you to pay patient accounts quickly, securely and conveniently. CarolinaEast Medical Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or debit from your bank account.

It is not necessary to be enrolled in the service in order to make a payment. If you are not enrolled in our online system, you must have your account number available in order to make a payment. If your statement is from Twin Rivers Collection Agency, please use the CarolinaEast Medical Center account number listed in the detail of the statement to ensure your payment is processed without delay.

Please note: If enrolling, you must enter your name, using all uppercase letters, your account number and full nine-digit Zip code exactly as it appears on your statement, which is located in the top left corner under the CarolinaEast Medical Center logo.

  • On your bank statement, your payment description will identify CarolinaEast Medical Center.

It is recommended that you verify your account number and remaining balance before making a payment. This can be easily done by enrolling under the "Customer console" selection below and viewing your statement prior to making the payment.
